Can Anyone Buy from You? Absolutely, anyone can buy on a “payment with order” basis or we welcome the opportunity to talk to you about opening an account with us, that way we can also keep you up-to-date on our specials!
Do you have any technical information that I can use? We have included below a comprehensive technical guide to assist those new to the industry, or for those that would particularly like to double check that our products will meet their specific requirements.
What is Your Lead Time? We try to maintain a full month’s stock rotation in our Finished Goods Store so we can usually dispatch same day, if the order is in before 10:00; and the next day if the order is received after 10:00. Obviously, depending on market demand this can vary but the entire factory is focused on minimizing out-of-stock situations and they keep back-orders to a minimum at all times.
What if I Don’t Know Exactly What I Need? Don’t worry; we have very experienced sales and production teams that have been in the industry for many years. We would welcome the opportunity to chat to you about the best product to suit the job in hand so please contact us if you have any queries.
What is Your Delivery Process? We work in partnership with a national courier company to ensure that stock reaches you as quickly as possible after leaving us. We have full tracking access, which means we can tell you exactly where your consignment is at any point during the delivery process.
Do You Offer Special Deals? We have a standard price list and a bulk price list. Both of which are available if you contact us. Depending on the item in questions the bulk discount volume varies and we’d welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you. In addition, we offer regular “Specials”, which are emailed to our database. Please make sure we have your details so you can benefit from these special offers. |
